In parallel with the detailed monitoring of the tenants in retail destinations, we aim to maximize their performances in both sales & rental figures.
- Evaluation of the brands on a sectoral and sub-sector basis together with the competitors
- Generating rent / Turnover, productivity analysis; sales area, inventory conversion evaluation; store conversion rate & footfall figures reports & strategic decision making processes on rent reductions, enlarging, down sizing of stores etc.
